How to use Wuilt Wallet

  1. Go to your Wuilt store dashboard and click on “Wallet”, you’ll be navigated to the Wallet page.
  2. On the Wallet page, you can make the following actions:
    1. “Wallet Settings” (Includes Payment Methods & Payout Info)
    2. “Top up” your wallet.
    3. “Withdraw” your Wallet Balance to your bank account.
    4. “Pending COD”, view the COD order’s Amount detailed info.
    5. View your “Wallet Balance”.
    6. View the “Transaction History” of all your transactions.

Let’s take each action alone:

3.    “Wallet Settings” (Including your saved cards and your Payout info)
    1. Click on “Wallet Settings” on the top right,


A popup will appear with the following actions:

  1. Payment Method. (Your saved payment methods used while making top ups)
  2. Add/Edit Payout Settings. (If you already added payout info, you can edit it from here. And, if you didn’t add in the wizard, you can add it here as well)

4.    “Top up” your wallet. There are 2 ways to top up your wallet. Through Payment cards or Instapay. Let’s break it down to know how to do a successful top up:
    1. “Payment Card” top up:
      i. Click on “Top up” button

ii.  A pop up will appear, Payment Card preselected. Fill up the following info (Top up Amount - Name on card - Card number - Expiry date - CVC). You can choose whether to save your card for future using by checking on the “Save card” checkbox, or uncheck it, to not save your card details.

💡Note: If your bank has 3D Secure enabled, you will be directed to a page to enter the OTP, after which you will be redirected to the transaction confirmation page. If 3D Secure is not enabled, your payment will be processed automatically, and you will then be redirected to the transaction confirmation page. The top up amount will be reflected automatically in your wallet balance.

  1. “Instapay” Top up:

    i. Click on “Top up” button. A pop up will appear with the Payment card preselected, select Instapay instead, and fill the following info (Top up amount - Upload the transaction confirmation screenshot - Instapay address)

    💡Note: The transfer confirmation screenshot  must be from the transactions history so that your details appear on the transfer receipt.

Our bank detail is listed in this pop up for easy transfer experience.

ii. Once you click “Top up” your request will be reviewed and processed by our finance team within 24 hours.


iii. Once approved, the balance will be reflected in your wallet balance.


5.  Initiate “Withdraw” request:

💡Note: to initiate a withdrawal request, you need to enter your full data in the Payout info section.  By clicking on “Wallet Settings” in the Wallet page top right-hand side. If your Payout settings is not set, the “Withdraw” button will be dimmed and you can’t initiate a withdrawal request. Check the screenshot below:

    1. If your payout info is entered, follow the steps below:
      1. Click in “Withdraw”
      2. A pop up will appear displaying your current wallet balance and a field to enter the withdrawal amount you wish to withdraw.
      3. Underneath, your bank details will be listed.
      4. Once you make sure of all info, click “Request”
      5. A confirmation pop up will appear to confirm that your request has been successfully submitted and under review by our finance team.

        💡Note: here is how the payout cycle works:
        Payout Frequency: Payouts to merchants are processed weekly, specifically on every Tuesday.
        Withdrawal Request Deadline: To receive a Tuesday payout, submit withdrawal requests by Sunday at 5 PM. Requests after this deadline will be processed the following Tuesday.
        Flexibility: Merchants can request withdrawals anytime, but funds are disbursed on Tuesdays based on the Sunday 5 PM cutoff.
      6. You can always check your Payout transactions from the Payout transactions page.


    6. “Pending COD” in this section, you can view all details about the COD Amounts for the delivered orders. Delivered orders will be listed along with (Order number - Delivery date - Shipping company - COD Status - COD amount - Fees - VAT - Amount will be transferred - Expected transfer date)

    💡Note: Once the order status is delivered, the COD amount will be reflected in your wallet balance after 1 business day.


    💡Note: COD is subjected to 1% collection fees above EGP 3000. For example, if the shipment COD is 3100, the collection fees will be EGP 1 + 14% VAT total EGP 1.14


    7. “Wallet Balance” , your wallet balance will always be displayed anywhere that you're going to use it like (Issuing Airway Bill - Initiating Packaging Material Request) and of course will always be displayed on your wallet page.

  1. 8. “Transaction History”, in the Wallet page, you can view all the transactions happened on your wallet. Like (Airway Bill request - Packaging Material Request - Withdraw Request - Top ups - Pending COD transfer to your wallet balance)
