Step 1: Create Your Google Analytics 4 Property
If you don’t already have a GA4 property, follow these steps to create one:- Visit analytics.google.com.
- Log in to your account.
- Click on Admin (located in the bottom left corner).
- Under Account Settings, click on Create Property.
- Enter your Property Name (e.g., your website’s name).
- Select your Country, Time Zone, and Currency.
- Fill out your Business Size and select how you’ll use your Analytics account (tick all that apply), then click Create.
- Choose Web as the data stream type.
- Enter your store’s URL and give your stream a name (e.g., “My Website Stream”), then click Create Stream.
Step 2: Obtain Your Measurement ID
You’ll need the following to connect GA4 with Wuilt:
- Measurement ID
- Secret Value

- In your GA4 property, go to Admin > Data Streams.
- Click on your Web Data Stream.
- Copy the Measurement ID (e.g., G-XXXXXXXXXX).
Step 3: Obtain Your Secret Value

- In the same Data Stream settings, scroll down to Measurement Protocol API Secrets.
- Click Create and provide a name (e.g., “Wuilt Integration”).
- Copy the generated Secret Value.
Step 4: Connect GA4 to Your Wuilt Website
- Log in to your Wuilt account.
- Navigate to App Center
- Scroll down and click on connect Google Analytics .
- Enter the following:
- Measurement ID: Paste the ID you copied from GA4.
- Secret Value: Paste the secret value generated in GA4.
Click Connect.
- Click on connect and you're done
Step 5: Verify Your Integration
- Go to your GA4 dashboard.
- Open the Realtime tab.
- Visit your Wuilt website and perform an action (e.g., navigating to a page).
- Check if your actions are recorded in the Realtime report.
