Step 1: From the dashboard click on Abandoned Checkouts
Step 2: Here you will find a list of customers who haven't completed their order
Step 3: You can click on the customer’s order to be able to know the details of the order
Step 4: You can click on Send a message to the customer to remind him
Step 5: Here you will find the step at which the client stopped
Step 6: Go back a step and click Settings
Step 7: In this step, you can control the timing of sending the mail to the customer to remind him of the abandoned cart
Step 8: You can control the email subject and email body of the message that will be sent to the customer
