To add a new page follow these steps
Navigate to the Action Bar
Select the Pages tool
Scroll to the very right and click on Add New Page
Leave the parent page as pages
Write in your new page name
To add a new subpage follow these steps
Navigate to the Action Bar
Select the page tool
Click on Add page or click on Subpages if you already have subpages
Add your desired subpage and click Save
