Your products will not be imported into the store if your file does not match this CSV File - We recommend that you upload images of your products to Cloudinary because Google Drive blocks access to all images of your products if there are too many of them.
So guarantee that your products will be uploaded to Cloudinary...
⚠️ Important alerts before you upload the Excel file for your products
First: Make sure the file is in CSV format, because it is the only format your store will read, or download the ready-made file from Wuilt.
Second: “Handle” It is the most important field because it determines whether the product is new or if the content of an existing product will be updated.
Third: Make sure that the file contains the required details that we put in our form, whether the product name, description, image link, or other details and make sure that they are present in your file in the same order
Fourth: Make sure not to put numbers in a box that requires putting information in letters or vice versa (do not put a word in the product price field)
Fifth: Ensure that the number of imported products is the same as in the file.
- Sign in
- Click on Media Library
- Click on Upload
- Click Browse
- Upload the images you want from your device
- Stand on one of the images and click on Copy URL
- Add it to the file you downloaded

Step 2 : Click on Products from the Dashboard
Step 3 : Click on more options and then choose Import
Step 4 : Download our template or make sure your profile matches this template. After making sure that your file matches, enter the product details, their names, variants, and image links, and ensure that there is no missing information.👌
Step 5 : Click on import products and then press upload & continue
Step 6 : Click on upload file
Step 7 : Then wait for the files to be uploaded and press upload and continue.
Step 8 : You will see the first product as a preview of the file's products, and you will know how much data has been entered, whether the number of products, variants, SKUs, and images.
💡Noted: If any information is missing or numbers are entered in place of letters or vice versa, it will not be uploaded, A lengthy message will appear indicating the cells that
Incomplete addresses : This error means that some of the Excel file titles supported by our platform are not present in your file, such as the absence of the product name, description, or other field.
Unsupported File: Displayed when the attached file is not valid or not in CSV format
Incorrect entry : When you enter a wrong value in an Excel cell this error will appear
1. Enter the price in letters instead of numbers
2. Entering the price of the product after the discount is higher than the price before the discount
3. Not selecting product status (active or inactive)
Conflict variants of the same product : This error appears when conflicting product options are entered, as product options should be static for the same product. like. If your product has different size and color options then this product should not include a product with different color and material options.
Repeat in variables : When variables are repeated for the same product, this error will appear.
Duplicate in SKUs : The SKU () should not be recurring so that there is no problem with the number of stock available in your store, so this error will appear in the products file if the SKU is repeated.
