• Before setting up a live chat, you need to create an account on Google Tag Manager, And link it to your store.

  • Visit tawk.to

  • Click on Sign up free

  • Add your Name, Email and Password

  • Choose your country

  • Add your URL

  • Add your teams' emails, if found, then click Next: Install Widget

  • Click on Copy to clipboard

  • Visit tagmanager.google.com and click on New Tag

  • Click on Tag Configuration

  • Click on Custom HTML

  • Paste your code

  • Click on Triggering

  • Select All Pages and click Add

  • Rename the Tag Name and click Save

  • Click on Submit, Publish then Continue

  • Go to your store and preview your store to find the widget
